UK Cycling Day Rides

Generally start times for our cycling day rides are at 9am. The bike tours usually last for up to 5 hours, taking in a pub lunch or picnic on the way.

A charge of between £15 and £20 will be required for the cycling tours; for this Red Spokes will usually provide a lunch, guided bike tour (normally 2 guides, with first aid), a map of the cycle tour and a bike mechanic. You will, of course, have the opportunity to meet fellow cyclists, with a good mixture of people who are considering their first Red Spokes cycle tour, those who have been on one or more Red Spokes bike tours before and those who simply fancy joining fellow cyclists for social cycling tours.
